IMpACT postdoc Martine Hoogman heeft de prestigieuze VENI onderzoeksbeurs van NWO gekregen voor haar onderzoek naar creativiteit bij ADHD. De beperkingen van ADHD zijn bekend, minder weten we over positieve kanten van ADHD, zoals creativiteit.

Om het plaatje van ADHD completer te maken, wil Hoogman creativiteit en de onderliggende neurobiologie onderzoeken in grootschalige klinische en populatie studies. Resultaten zullen bijdragen aan onderwijs, behandeling en kwaliteit van leven van patiënten.
